How do I create my first habit?

After onboarding, tap the + button on the Home tab. Choose a name, schedule (daily, weekly, monthly, hourly, or custom), and optionally a target count for the day.

Can I use Dool without creating an account?

Yes. Dool supports anonymous sign-in, so you can start building habits right away. Note that anonymous data is tied to your device and cannot be recovered if you uninstall the app or switch devices. Upgrade to an email account anytime to enable cloud backup.

What happens if I miss a day?

Missing a day breaks your streak unless you use a Streak Freeze, which protects your progress for that day. You earn Streak Freezes through milestones, friend referrals, or as part of Premium.

How does my garden grow?

Every habit you complete contributes to your living garden. The more consistent you are, the more your garden flourishes over time.

What's included in Premium?

Premium unlocks unlimited habits, advanced statistics, cloud sync across devices, premium themes and skins, and priority AI habit generation. Free accounts can create up to 3 habits.

How do I restore a purchase?

Go to Settings > Restore Purchases. This will reapply any active subscription or purchase linked to your Apple ID.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID, not within Dool directly. Go to your iPhone Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Dool, and cancel from there. Your Premium access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

What are Treasure Packs?

Treasure Packs are optional one-time purchases that give you bonus Gems to spend on themes, skins, and other cosmetic rewards. They are not required to use any core feature of Dool.

I'm not receiving reminders. What should I do?

Check that notifications are enabled both in Dool (Settings > Notifications) and in your device Settings > Notifications > Dool. Also check that Quiet Hours isn't covering your reminder time.

How do I delete my account?

Email us at nickdibrilain@gmail.com with your username, and we'll delete your account and associated data within 30 days, in line with our Privacy Policy.

Is my data backed up?

Yes, once you upgrade from an anonymous account to an email account, your data syncs to the cloud and is available across devices.
